Daniel has been an Expert Witness on numerous construction defect projects, and has Courtroom experience. The advantage of Daniel's expert testimony comes from his 30+ years of field experience, which has afforded him practical knowledge beyond what can be learned through books. He is an expert in Standard of Care for both General Contractors and Real Estate Developers, and has provided detail construction cost estimating for both civil and building construction cases.
