Rosen Construction Inc. offers a wide  variety of construction services. We supervise the construction of  projects, with an emphasis on quality control. Rosen Construction Inc.  is skilled at completing the project on time and on budget. Dan also  coordinates design and construction specifications with the project  architect, prepares cost estimates and schedules, negotiates contracts  and controls costs.

In addition to our contracting services associated with general construction needs, we specialize in Reconstruction  projects, buildings that need structural repair and Water Damage  Repair. Rosen Construction Inc., through our many years of experience,  has learned how to minimize the collateral damage, thus keeping the  costs down. Furthermore, all of the critical work, demo and structural  repairs are done in-house, which is another way costs are kept at a  minimum.

For both construction and reconstruction  projects, Rosen Construction Inc. is highly skilled in managing all  levels of project development, serving as an Owner’s Representative,  functioning as the project management consultant; this includes  coordinating and managing your contractual relationships with designers,  engineers, subcontractors, etc.

This includes Constructability and Plan  Review to determine the quality of the design documents, avoiding  future change orders that will inevitably cost you time and money. We  also provide budget development services, as the budget is often  considered the most important part of the project. We can design a  budget that is both thorough and realistic, evaluating every item of the  project to ensure the highest quality materials and services while  still maintaining cost effectiveness. Similarly, we provide Estimating  services, which, while directly tied to budgeting, is different from it because actual  costs are applied to an actual set of construction documents, which can  assist in awarding bids, as well as change order mitigation. Scheduling  is another process that Rosen Construction Inc. is adept at. Dan's many  years of building experience allow him to put together a realistic time  frame in which the the project could be completed.
